the location was very convenient near the central station. the room was clean ,and the bed offered good comfort. i found the staff responsive to my needs. the breakfast buffet had many selections.

i noticed the hallway carpets showed some wear and tear.

this hôtel boasts a perfect location near the main train station. i found it easy to reach, even with luggage. staff were warm, they helped with directions and taxi bookings.

the absence of tea bags bothered me. i only found instant coffee in my room. this felt out of touch with italians coffee culture.

central station friendly staff good sized room comfy bed

the hotel is unbelievably close to the central station, i could see it as soon as i stepped outside. the staff were super friendly and helpful, they gave excellent restaurant recommendations, which i totally appreciated. i had a good sized room plus a super comfy bed, i slept like a log. the hotel's green practices were also a big plus for me.

the bathroom door didn't close properly, but it wasn't a huge issue.

adjoining rooms varied choices early check

I had adjoining rooms for my family. This was a great surprise. the kids enjoyed having connected space. breakfast had varied choices and was pretty GOOD. i was able to check in early, this really helped After a long flight.

the room was smaller THAN expected, it felt cramped. the tram outside made noise at night. inconsiderate guests added to the noise.

staff was helpful with directions. breakfast had lots of choices, it had fresh fruit and a egg station, it was a nice way to start the days.

the room i was in felt small. i think they need better soundproofing because i heard noise from the hallway early.
