the hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the duomo (it's just a short walk). the staff provided very attentive service, i appreciated their help with directions. the provided breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries. i also found the room very quiet despite the central location.

the gym had a limited selection of equipment, but it was adequate for a quick workout.

I appreciated the efficient check-in. I left my bags before returning my rental car. The employee offered massively valuable assistance on a busy Friday afternoon. He went beyond protocol and helped me get to the car rental office down the street. The location near the Duomo was excellent. I found the breakfast tasty. I liked that it opened at 7 am allowing me an early start to a busy day.

The gym disappointed me. I found only supermarket dumbbells and half working treadmills. This was not a quality setup.

I found the location very convenient , it was so close to the Duomo! The staff was helpful getting taxis quickly , that was really useful. Breakfast was great , a highlight of my mornings!

The air conditioning in my room did not work as well as I expected , even running it constantly. The hairdryer was quite strange , almost like a vacuum cleaner nozzle. They really could use an update on it. The bathroom seemed a bit dated.

I was very pleased with the room upgrade I received. The suite was quite spacious, with excellent facilities. The hotel staff offered superb restaurant recommendations, and. The breakfast had great variety.

The sound isolation was not ideal. Noise from the corridor was noticeable at times.

i had a double room it included a large bathroom i noticed many mirrors there was a bar and restaurant in the hotel i appreciated that. the breakfast had good variety i found the hotel's location very convenient to the duomo and the metro i was close to many shops.

i could hear the tramway throughout the night making it difficult to sleep soundly
