convenient stay with friendly service
helpful staff comfortable bed complimentary slippers good pillows
the staff were helpful and friendly . the room included a kettle with coffee, tea, and water. the bed was comfortable with good pillows. i found complimentary slippers which i thought was a nice touch (who doesn't like slippers?).
I noticed the entrance foyer and hallway carpets looked worn. The paintwork looked a bit grubby. it needs a refresh.

the double room was clean and a good size for a short stay. it had air conditioning, useful, and a hairdryer. i found the room to be well-kept throughout my stay.

parking was free, and i found plenty of spaces available . the hotel had a bar and a restaurant that offered room service, convenient. there was also a conference hall for events.

I appreciated the friendly staff at reception. abbie was especially helpful and cute. the room was nice and neat. It had a kettle with tea service.
the bar had a limited selection of wine. many spirits were out of stock, and there were no crisps. the prices were quite high. the food i ordered seemed mass-produced and pre-made.
