The location has no close neighbours and features fields around it. The main barn looked really good. The dining hall and the breakfast area were fantastic. Karenza, the manager on duty, was very professional and hardworking .
The hotel is located off the beaten track. it was difficult to find the entrance at night because there was very little light at the hotel.

Excellent Stay Near the Broads

The venue hosted a wedding reception. The event space, ivy hall, looked superb! emma and caitlin, the wedding coordinators, handled all the setup. They ensured our day proceeded smoothly. the rose suite provided ample space for getting ready, and the honeymoon suite had a great view and decking.
I found some noise present. I could hear the water cistern filling from another room.

the staff were ALWAYS friendly and quick. the FOOD at the restaurant was just GREAT. my room was super clean upon arrival with a lovely view. i ESPECIALLY enjoyed the convenient location, with the beautiful nature reserve just steps away. this. access to nearby attractions was EASY.
the pit holed road leading to the hotel wasn't GREAT. i found it a little bumpy upon arrival. it could use some ATTENTION.
