convenient locationtop floormobility problem
The location was convenient (I could easily walk to the seafront).
My room was on the top floor and I have mobility issues. I called ahead and was assured I'd get a lower-floor room, but this did not happen. I stayed in the room most of the evening due to the stairs. It really spoiled my time.
