the staff are so lovely and helpful. our room, with its sea theme, felt spacious and the bed so comfortable. the food was excellent, i appreciated the freshly cooked breakfast.

i thought a refresh would benefit the hotel, especially some areas that looked tired.

the hotel has a convenient location for those interested in boat hire, access to the broads are easily reached from here. the hotel is very nice and very quiet, ideal. the surrounding area is very nice and offers a peaceful retreat.

I found the staff very helpful. They easily met all my requests with a smile. the room i had was large and clean. i also thought the food was quite good and very reasonably priced.

The heating wasn't working perfectly. I had a fan heater for the room, but the bathroom was quite cold, not ideal.

the hotel has day boats and canoes available right next to it. i also noted a lovely little park offering food and drinks. i saw it had music today, that was lovely.

A tesco store is only four minutes away. The sea is only ten minutes away. the beach is beautiful and seals live there! it's also a good spot to visit different seasides and other attractions.

friendly staff delicious meal river view lovely room

The staff were genuinely friendly. They managed to provide a meal after hours. The meal was also very delicious. The room overlooked the water, it was very lovely.

I found that the room was a little cold upon arrival.

fantastic stay with a friendly team

amazing team super clean kitchen warm welcome

The team was amazing. I was like family here. the manager was always around. i even peeked into the kitchen and it was super clean (jack is a top chef!).

the building looks a little tired.
