The staff were helpful and friendly .
My room was not in great condition. The carpet had noticeable stains. The cleanliness was lacking and the overall impression was disappointing. It needed better upkeep.

check-in was quick. we received a free upgrade to a premier double room sea view. the bathroom had lovely white towels and supplied shampoo and bodywash and hand soap. breakfast met a high standard.
i noticed loud plumbing noises during the night. it continued for hours.

The staff welcomed guests warmly and efficiently. my room had everything needed. Food was excellent with large portions. parking was easy, and the location near the beach provided easy access to the sandy shore. the staff created a personal and cute atmosphere for all guests.
The lift was dirty and smelled strongly of garlic. my allocated room was small, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. it didn't appear very clean, notably the overflow on the basin.

the location was fine overlooking the sea! the staff were very friendly and helpful. my room overlooked the beach and it was very clean. the bathroom was massive, a real plus!
The lift didn't go to the third floor. It was a little difficult.
