short walk super clean room quick service
the hotel is a short walk from the oriente station and the vasco da gama shopping center. i found the hotel super clean, from the common areas to my room. the staff was attentive (i especially noticed the quick service).
the hotel décor seems a bit 'plastic'.

excessive wait times train noise
The train noise was a real problem for me. My room was near the tracks, and it was NOISY. I think they could do better with soundproofing. the elevator wait times were excessive. It took ages sometimes.

I appreciated the spacious and very clean rooms. the beds were comfortable. the hotel provided convenient parking in the same building, made everything simpler. I was grateful for that. the breakfast was rich and varied. I liked it a lot.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway, it was inoffensive, but slightly noticeable.

Solid Stay near the Airport
functional fridge wide choice close airport
The room had plenty of space and included a functional fridge. That was really convenient. Breakfast offered many choices. I found several items I liked each morning. The hotel is located close to the airport, this made arrival and departure very easy for me.
The air conditioning in the room did not seem very effective. It struggled to keep the room cool.

the room felt spacious and the bathroom matched this size providing a comfortable experience. it was a practical layout for multiple occupants offering ample space for everyone. the staff demonstrated attentiveness and kindness making the visit more pleasant.
i noticed the proximity to the train tracks resulted in considerable noise. train schedules lessened the disturbance during certain hours. this information could improve room selection.

I enjoyed the breakfast. It was very fresh. i appreciated the cleanliness and the size of my room. the front desk employees were helpful with directions to the train station. i had a good experience.
the room's view was not a highlight of the stay, overlooked a building.
