a romantic escape
polite staff convenient location room decor
the staff was very polite, and i found the hotel clean (which is always important). i appreciated the convenient location, near public transport. it certainly made getting around easier. i also enjoyed the room's lovely decor.
the elevator was quite slow, and that proved a little inconvenient at times.

the hotel boasts a superb location, with access to the city center. several points of interest are reachable by foot. public transportation is also within walking distance.

the staff offered a friendly and helpful attitude. front desk personnel were attentive to guests' needs. the team generally maintains a high level of professionalism.

spacious room amazing upgrade perfect location
the room was spacious and clean. i had an amazing upgrade to a studio room. the location was perfect for walking to attractions.

convenient location easy walk useful kitchenette bad lighting slow check-in laptop use
The location was very convenient. I could easily walk to several attractions from there (it saved me a lot of money on transportation!). The room had a kitchenette that included crockery, cutlery and also utensils.
The lighting in the room wasn't ideal. It made reading at night a little difficult. the check-in process was slow (they used a laptop).

Wonderful City Stay
kitchen suite thoughtful staff easy access
Our studio room was great. The kitchen suite was especially nice with all the equipment. Staff members showed thoughtfulness with extra requests I made. The location allows easy access to many sites.
The elevators were quite slow. This slowed down our ability to get to different floors. It sometimes caused delays when we were in a hurry.

Decent Stay with Some Drawbacks
slow elevators expensive garage
I found some aspects disappointing. The elevators moved very slowly! It became quite frustrating during peak times. the lack of on-site parking was a problem. The partnered garage charged high rates.

Acceptable Stay
clean room spacious fridge hotel hill uphill walk
I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The room also had heating and a TV. The TV allowed connection to personal devices and had channels with subtitled movies.
The hotel is on a hill. You need to walk uphill to reach it. This could be an issue for some people.
