the front desk offered quick assistance during check-in. i found the room spacious, it was a great relief. daily housekeeping kept everything tidy and well-stocked. it was a relief to have things in good order.
i noticed some wear and tear on the furniture in the room. it seemed a bit outdated.

I enjoyed the powerful shower in the well-equipped bathroom. Verbena products were a nice touch. Breakfast provided plenty of choice.

the breakfast buffet was a treat with various options available. i found the location convenient, especially the proximity to public transport. metro access across the street helped me a lot. the reception area felt cute and well-kept.

surprised by the quality
excellent location convenient parking helpful staff
the location was excellent i could easily walk to many attractions the metro station was also very close i appreciated the convenience the hotel offered parking and the staff was always ready to assist with directions or recommendations they gave helpful advice.
the carpet in my room had some noticeable stains it detracted from the otherwise clean appearance and i think a replacement would improve the room.

great hotel. central location
central location friendly staff spacious room
the location is superb, right above the metro station! the staff is super friendly and professional. i loved the spacious room, it was clean. the bed and pillows were good.
the air conditioning was not very effective. it only went down a few degrees, so it was still too hot

the breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausages and grilled meat. there was also fresh fruit such as pineapple, grapes and oranges. the hotel includes about ten types of bread and rolls. there are several coffees and teas.
