the breakfast buffet was a treat with various options available. i found the location convenient, especially the proximity to public transport. metro access across the street helped me a lot. the reception area felt cute and well-kept.

the location was excellent i could easily walk to many attractions the metro station was also very close i appreciated the convenience the hotel offered parking and the staff was always ready to assist with directions or recommendations they gave helpful advice.
the carpet in my room had some noticeable stains it detracted from the otherwise clean appearance and i think a replacement would improve the room.

the reception staff was attentive and quick to respond to requests they provided useful information about local tours and transportation options the concierge service was available 24/7 offering luggage assistance.

the breakfast buffet included a good assortment of fresh fruit cheeses and pastries hot dishes like scrambled eggs and bacon were available daily there was a variety of juices coffee and tea.

the location is superb, right above the metro station! the staff is super friendly and professional. i loved the spacious room, it was clean. the bed and pillows were good.
the air conditioning was not very effective. it only went down a few degrees, so it was still too hot
