problems with the room and parking

street noise false parking information

the room faced the street the noise from cars and shops went on until 11 pm it was not relaxing. the staff lied about parking i asked if the hotel had a parking in the same building i was told it did it turned out we had to drive for 8 minutes to find the parking. staff did not care to show us which area was reserved we paid full price

The hotel has a superb location. I found lots of restaurants and shops steps from the hotel! The staff was friendly. Breakfast was great and the restaurant had a good vibe. I enjoyed a premium room with a terrace! The view was amazing, it really exceeded my expectations.

The room looked pretty basic, with flooring that seemed cheap. I thought the roof terrace lacked some flair. There was potential for improvement. Parking wasn't free, and the parking area was difficult to access. I think offering valet parking for a small fee would be great.

The staff was always available and very helpful. They assisted with dinner reservations at recommended spots that offered high-quality food. Airport transportation was arranged efficiently, and luggage storage allowed for easy city exploration. The rooftop terrace provided fine city views. The private terrace was a nice addition and staff provided glasses for our drinks.

The rooms appear somewhat outdated and the carpet condition was not pristine.

The hotel room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Breakfast on the terrace featured fresh fruit and pastries. The rooftop bar offered views across to the castle and cathedral.

The immediate neighborhood felt very touristy.

rooftop terrace dinner reservations good location cheap flooring wasted potential double bed

the rooftop terrace gives views of the area it was nice. the location is perfect to see attractions everything was a short walk away

my room felt a little cheaply done the flooring looked like it needed an update the cupboards were not high quality. the roof terrace potential seemed wasted it could have been done better. i did not have a double bed and i did ask about changing rooms but i heard nothing back
