The check-in process was quick. the staff was helpful. They let me drop off my luggage early. my room was ready even before the official check-in time at 4pm, this was a nice surprise. the customer service was excellent all around

The sink in the bathroom seemed a little weird. Water would back up sometimes

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made check-in seamless. Breakfast offered a great range of choices and tasted amazing!!! The hotel is close to the airport, and I found a Lidl supermarket nearby. I could quickly grab necessities. My room service requests were handled efficiently and promptly.

The TV channel selection in the room was somewhat limited.

The room included two comfortable beds and good blackout curtains, so I slept well. The bathroom was very clean and well-kept. The shower had good water pressure. I noticed that the room also had a handy electric kettle with tea and sugar.

The reception was staffed 24 hours, a great convenience for late arrivals. The staff were also happy to help guests in multiple languages. They spoke both English and Portuguese. I appreciated the quick and efficient handling of all my requests.

Breakfast service started early, around 4 AM. This suited early departures. The breakfast buffet included many fresh options. I particularly enjoyed the pastries. I found the dining area clean and well-organized. It was a great start to my day.
