I was disappointed with the spa. Some areas was to lack proper upkeep. additionally, the breakfast felt quite basic for a hotel of this supposed caliber. the selection seemed limited, and the quality of certain items such as the cheeses, was not excellent, unfortunately.

my room's carpet had stains, which i found unhygienic. the curtains didnt hang properly, a small detail that detracted from the overall feel. also, the robe in the bathroom had a big hole, which i didnt expect from a hotel that is supposedly luxurious.

The staff were helpful and friendly throughout the hotel. My room was clean and well-equipped, a definite plus. The shopping center across the street offered extra convenience. I found taxi access easy, supporting quick trips around the area.
