the hotel is conveniently located near the oriente train station , providing easy access to transportation. i appreciated the short walk to the vasco da gama mall and the arena for an event i attended. the complimentary port wines and chocolates in the room were a nice surprise.

the coffee machines in the breakfast area were slow , causing congestion around the buffet , and affecting table turnaround time.

The location is convenient. The subway and bus are a mere five-minute walk. This allows quick access to the city. The view from the room of the river was AMAZING!!! I got an upgrade to a high floor. The hotel is well kept and functional.

The lifts were a bit slow during busy periods. This sometimes caused a wait of a few minutes.
