decent central stay

central location breakfast selection small room leaky shower

the location was very central it made getting around quite easy. the staff were polite with directions i appreciated this. the room was clean and tidy when i arrived. breakfast had a good selection of items i was happy.

the room i had was quite small for the price paid. the bathroom was especially cramped i found it difficult to move around. the shower door did not close properly water leaked onto the floor. soundproofing was not great street noise was noticeable at night.

super central and comfy!

great location clean room nice balcony

this location is great. it was a few minutes walk if you wanted to watch the sunset down by the water. the room was very comfy and tidy and i had a balcony, so nice to open up to fresh air. i enjoyed the views of the central street.

i didn't have access to the thermostat in the room. it was really uncomfortable for me. it was winter and they had the heat blasted all the way up.

lovely days in the heart of it all

superb location friendly staff soundproofed room sparkling wine

The location proved superb. the staff were friendly and very helpful (ricardo deserves a special mention). i found the room well soundproofed, essential for a peaceful stay. during my stay, the hotel surprised me with a gift of sparkling wine. It was a very lovely touch.

The key card system presented some challenges. It required frequent visits to reception for fixes even when kept away from electronic devices. this issue seemed prevalent among multiple guests, and the outdated system added to the inconvenience (a minor hiccup, but still noticeable).

The location was central. Accessing key attractions was easy. the staff ensured the room remained clean daily. I found this consistent service really helpful. I also found the breakfast selection quite adequate.

The room felt quite small. Opening luggage became a bit of a challenge. This restricted space impacted overall comfort, particularly for longer stays. I hope this can be addressed.
