central spot with okay amenities
prime location quick assistance efficient luggage bathroom odor
the location was prime. metro access was steps away, very helpful. the front desk provided assistance quickly when asked. they stored luggage efficiently, a definite plus.
the bathroom had two issues, few spots to hang towels and a slight odor. it wasnt constant, but noticeable occasionally.

breakfast included some good options. i saw fresh fruit and pastries available daily. the area could become crowded, especially during peak times.

a shared kettle existed on the fifth floor for hot drinks. a microwave and a vending machine are located nearby. the hotel provides essential services, like storing luggage after checkout.

excellent location tourist site subway station
the hotel location is excellent , near multiple tourist sites. i found it easy to walk everywhere. the subway station is just in front of the hotel.

location Good, but other aspects were lacking
unpolite staff terrible noise
the location was definitely its BEST feature, since many shops and the metro were very close.
The staff seemed UNpolite and in a rush all the time. i got a room on the first floor initially and the noise was terrible. I could hear EVERYTHING. luckily, i managed to get another room on an upper floor after the first night, quiet and nice.

A Romantic Stay in the Heart of It All
really good location generous room attentive staff
The location was really good. It was easy to reach many attractions from here. The room size was generous, providing ample space for luggage and movement. The staff was attentive and helpful (I especially appreciated their quick response to my inquiries).
I found that the soundproofing was not optimal, as I could sometimes hear street noise.

The hotel has a lower level that is beautifully decorated. Shops located just outside the hotel offer great convenience for any last-minute needs or souvenirs.

The front desk team displayed a genuine care for customer satisfaction and were really good too assist with requests (making the stay even more nice). The friendliness extended to all interactions.
