excellent stay in the city center
helpful staff central location well-kept rooms
I found the staff helpful and pleasant. They really elevated the experience. the location is special. Everything is within easy reach. the rooms are modern and well maintained. I appreciate this a lot.
The air conditioning, even when set to heating, felt cool. There was not enough warmth in the bathroom.

the hotel has a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i noticed that the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation. it's a romantic setup and easy to enjoy.

boutique hotel superb location beautiful room polite staff
I found this boutique hotel to be among the best in the area. The location is superb, and my room was beautifully designed and clean. I had a room with two large TVs and a complimentary fridge stocked with beer, soda, and water, refilled daily (a nice touch). The staff were polite and always ready to help. The view from my room was wonderful.

Acceptable Location, Disappointing Details
small room confusing switches
The hotel is located close to many sights, convenient.
The room was smaller than expected. The electrical switches was also confusing. Breakfast required a five-minute walk to another building. This was inconvenient, especially during rain.

amazing central stay
unbeatable location attentive staff complimentary kettle nespresso machine
the location was unbeatable. the staff was attentive, even helping me find a specific sunset spot and ensuring my takeaway coffee was perfect with good coffee (they even got takeaway cups for the next day!). i also requested a kettle and the reception happily provided one for free. nespresso machines and coffee sets are in all the rooms which i greatly appreciated.
the only slight downside was the coffee at the restaurant wasn't from a high-end coffee machine.

the reception was consistently helpful with weighing luggage and advising on taxi services. the staff demonstrated a willingness to ensure my stay was as convenient as possible. the responsiveness to requests definitely stood out.

the newly renovated restaurant named 'olive' (i think it's called) served high-quality food. i was also very close to a multitude of shops, restaurants and other leisure options. i definitely had some dining experiences to remember.

the hotel is centrally located making access to attractions very simple. being near the main tourist street and the city's plaza was a definite plus (especially for exploring the city). i could easily walk to nearby areas.
