The hotel boasts a beautiful location right beside the water's edge. the rooms have comfortable sizes. my room included a river view. The hotel is also located close to the broads, excellent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. One young man gave me a quick check-in. the housekeeping was friendly and assisted with requests, even the housekeepers were really friendly. i got a very welcome feeling.

the location overlooking the river proved acceptable.

the delay in receiving food orders was excessive, one evening requiring a 50-minute wait. furthermore, i reported a faulty extractor fan in the bathroom. the daily cleaner claimed she had not noticed this issue, i suspect the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned.
