disorganized check-inunclear policies
check-in felt quite disorganized I had booked an early check-in, but there seemed to be confusion about it the staff gave me the wrong key card at first. later, someone called my room twice to ask about the early check-in payment the lack of clear room service policies also bothered me.

The room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. the staff member working the tables worked hard and ensured everything was well stocked, a great service. the room i had was also super clean and spacious.
