Really good Service and a Cute Atmosphere

The staff was pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. They were quick to address issues, exemplified when Hannah resolved a towel shortage in my room immediately. I especially enjoyed the grounds, perfect for sitting during a sunny afternoon. The evening meal was delicious.
I found a few cobwebs on the standard lamp in my room.

mixed experience at this hotel

I was disappointed with the kettle in my room. It was dirty and looked like it needed replacing. the room also had cobwebs and black mold on the windows. the state of cleanliness was not up to standard. But the staff was amicable.

i found the hotel setting amazing. the staff seemed genuinely friendly. my room was very clean plus comfortable. breakfast included so many choices.
i noticed just one small thing the shower could use a handrail for safety.

I found the staff very polite. The room provided tea making facilities and nice biscuits! Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were enjoyable. Plenty of parking spaces were available to me.
