The reception staff offered quick assistance with luggage storage upon my early arrival I found this very convenient. The location proved excellent with many popular attractions accessible by walking distance. The room had effective air conditioning which was crucial during the hot days I spent there.
The gym had limited equipment I expected more options for a comprehensive workout routine. Space felt small with limited options for cardio and strength training. There were no mirrors in the workout area so monitoring my form proved challenging.

The location was excellent. It provided easy access to many attractions. The staff was super nice. The room was spacious too.
The gym was not very excellent. It lacked mirrors. The gym also lacked equipment, containing only one basic muscle machine and one treadmill. The keys did not work properly. I had to reprogram them.

The hotel features an ideal location near shops and transport. the airport bus stop is a short walk. the staff offered great assistance. I thank petronella for helping sort out my cancelled flight. i appreciated the help a lot.
the room did not have bathrobes or slippers upon arrival. the air conditioning only operates during the summer months. it was too warm, so i struggled to sleep well .

the hotel is very centrally located. i found the staff helpful with directions. my room was clean and well kept. i especially enjoyed the breakfast selection each morning..
i had some trouble adjusting the room temperature. the air conditioning seemed to have limited control. this made the room slightly uncomfortable at times, especially during the day.
