the location allowed easy access to the duomo and restaurants, all within walking distance. the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast provided adequate satisfaction. i felt safe during my entire stay.

i found the air conditioning wasn't very cold, needing a maintenance crew to fix it. the parking is not under the hotel. i was charged 50 euros per night, which seemed expensive.

the location was acceptable , as it was close to many attractions.

the room was not clean , and i found dust everywhere. the towels smelled bad , and the bed was very uncomfortable. i also noticed a loud electrical noise , , made it hard to sleep , so i was frustrated.

I was really annoyed by the noise. the 12-hour parking below the hotel was loud. People were always shouting. additionally, i was disturbed by loud sounds throughout the night.
