Excellent Stay near Central Station

The location is AMAZING, only steps from the metro station. The staff were very helpful with directions. I appreciated the rooftop bar. It was nice. Luggage storage after checkout was convenient for later flights.
The tv remained on the welcome screen and netflix was unavailable.

Fantastic Hotel and Location!

I loved the metro station being so close. It was less than a minute from the lobby door. Getting around the city was easy. My room was nice and neat. I found the breakfast area spacious, with many food options. Nichole at the front desk was so helpful! She gave me great tips about local attractions and how to get to them. The staff was very warm and friendly. I enjoyed my stay. The rooftop bar upstairs was a treat! I found lots of shopping and little cafés nearby.
The sink stopper in my bathroom didn't work properly. It was a slight inconvenience.
