the location was amazing for transport links. it was just a short walk to the train station. the room had comfortable beds. i found that the hotel was clean.

i noticed that the bathroom was a little small, but it was manageable.

I adored the complimentary birthday cake. It was a sweet touch. the staff's warmth and attentiveness at breakfast added a special touch to each morning. the location's proximity to the central station and public transport was convenient. the bottled water being very affordable was also a plus!

the hotel enjoys an excellent location close to central station. trams and buses are easily accessible near the premises. various asian restaurants reside nearby, providing diverse dining choices. a convenient store sits right next to the hotel, too.

the front office manager greeted every guest warmly. they consistently checked to see how our stay was going. the concierge staff offered dedicated assistance as well. all staff members were friendly and professional!
