the location was ideal for visiting the islands. it was a short walk to the town center and the ferry port. the room provided a balcony. it gave me views of the lake.
the front desk attendant did not provide excellent service during checkout. i found the gentleman to be smug and bordering on rude. i was charged for the water bottles in the refrigerator. there was no sign stating that they were for sale.
