Il Sereno has 40 lakefront suites with high ceilings. Suites range from 45 square meters to the Penthouse at over 200 square meters. The Alcova Suites have a king-size bed and Urquiola's 'Night and Day' system in the alcove. Corner Suites offer 180-degree views. The Penthouse has a living room, dining space, two bathrooms, and a main bedroom. All rooms include furnishings designed by Patricia Urquiola. Select suites have a terrace or a private garden.
Dining at Il Sereno
The restaurant features Italian dishes such as 'Eggplant Parmigiana' and 'Plin stuffed with lake fish, oil and sage'. It includes a terrace overlooking Lake Como, with a section built over the water. The restaurant is positioned, allowing guests to bask in natural sunlight as late as 10 p.m. in the summer months. The Lobby Bar has a panoramic terrace and an menu of cocktails and mocktails. The wine cellar provides private wine tasting experiences with Italian wines and French champagnes.
Leisure and wellness
The property features a private beach and a dock for boat arrivals. A 60-foot freshwater infinity pool is suspended over the lake. The SPA at Il Sereno offers massages, rejuvenating treatments, and Valmont products. The hotel is 60 km from Malpensa. The property extends a night boat shuttle service to their guests between the hours of 6pm and 11pm.
