the hotel is located centrally. i found the breakfast good with enough options. the personnel was nice.

thin wall constant noise
the staff were friendly and professional..
the walls were thin and i could hear a lot of noise from outside and other rooms. this made it difficult to sleep. a light also would not turn off, so i had to cover it with a towel.

noisy air conditioning expensive breakfast
The air conditioning was not great. It struggled to keep the room cool enough, and it was rather noisy. This made it hard to sleep comfortably at night. also, the breakfast cost extra, it wasn't included in the room rate which I thought was pretty steep for what was on offer.

great location, some minor issues

nice view friendly staff luggage assistance
the location was excellent and suited my travel plans. i had a very Nice view facing the piazza from my room. the staff was very cute , they offered assistance with luggage and directions.
the noise from the surrounding restaurants at night was definitely a problem. loud music continued very late, closer to morning hours. i should've brought my earplugs.
