The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and bus station. It is less than a 5 min walk. Rolex and McDonald's are right across THE street. The staff was friendly.

I had dinner in the Japanese restaurant, and the food was not good. The duty manager of the restaurant was rude with us. He got angry. He shockingly told us if we do not like the food all other guests do.

I found the staff very friendly! The hotel decoration impressed me much. I loved the variety of food offered at breakfast. I also appreciated that the location was very close to the train station.

I noticed all the books in the hotel were in French. It would be nice to have some English options available too.

this hotel was a brief walk from the train station. it sat right in town. shopping felt easy. the room provided a large and luxurious space. a nice balcony overlooked a recreational area. the included buffet breakfast provided some of the best i have ever seen. the staff was both friendly and cute.

the hotel charged a full night stay. i could not arrive due to the big storm. other hotels provided a refund. their lack of empathy felt horrible. they was to care only for money.

I found the hotel staff very kind and efficient. They organized everything I asked for. The team made this one of the best ski holidays I've had. I definitely plan to return soon. The breakfast was great, both the food and the service.

The hotel rooms could include a few more amenities considering the price. The rooms could also be a bit bigger. The bathroom felt too small. the room size didn't match the price I paid.
