i appreciated the staff's friendliness. they were very polite and helpful . the wellness facilities were nice, clean, and quiet. the location was great as it was near the duomo,.

the bathroom had a cracked sink, a detail i noticed. the service during breakfast was not good. there were errors with multiple meals we had at the restaurant. the food quality was weak.
