rude staff itchy bedsheets
The night staff exhibited rudeness , and the bedsheets felt unpleasantly itchy. There was no iron available in the room. Instead, it was located in a dusty , poorly ventilated area, requiring a trip downstairs each time I needed it. The experience with the shuttle bus driver lacked any sense of courtesy.

sufficient space friendly staff
My Double Room had sufficient space. The online checkin process was quick. I did not face issues. Breakfast had good traditional options. The price seemed reasonable given the facilities. Staff was friendly and helpful.

a good stay!
lovely advice city center ample space restful nights
the staff offered lovely advice for exploring the city center, i found their insights invaluable. the quadruple room provided ample space, very super tidy. i thought the bed was wonderfully comfortable and ensured restful nights. breakfast was certainly good and it had a nice variety!!!
i noticed a faint chlorine scent upon arrival which was very slight.

the hotel features functional amenities was nice, though i didn't use many of them. the shuttle service to the metro station was particularly convenient, awesome for easy access to transportation. overall, the facilities seemed well-kept.

Good Breakfast and Easy Access
convenient location fresh pastries comfortable beds
I found it easy to get to the stadium using public transport. The bus stop is conveniently located near the hotel! The breakfast offered a nice variety, and I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. My room had three comfortable single beds, which worked perfectly for my needs.

mixed experience at this hotel
unsatisfactory carpet suburban location
the breakfast was acceptable. it had different italian meats and lots of fruit.
The carpet in the room was not satisfactory. the location is also quite suburban. It is close to the stadium and easy to grab a bus. however, there is not much else nearby. a lack of nearby amenities is a significant drawback.

mediocre stay, some positives, several disappointments
dirty floor slow reception
the staff were friendly enough, and the breakfast offered a decent variety of options.
the cleanliness was really a problem. i found hairs on the bed after the room was supposedly cleaned. the reception service at night was slow, guests had to wait a long time just to check-in.
