central location convenient amenity helpful staff

The location is advantageous. Many restaurants and shops are within a five-minute radius. I also found cardona train station easily accessible for transportation. the provided toiletries were a convenient amenity. I appreciated the prompt delivery of requested items to my room. the staff proved very helpful with every request i made, including extra teabags and milk.

the water mixer in the washbasin dispensed a weak stream of warm water, not ideal. i learned that repairs could not occur until after my departure, a bit inconvenient. a quicker resolution would have been appreciated .

The location offered convenient access to various key spots. The doumo required only a ten-minute walk. milano cadorna station, for the malpensa express, was accessible with a twenty-minute walk. a tram stop is conveniently situated right outside the hotel.

noisy street empty dispensers

the street noise was significant in my room. i could clearly hear trams late into the night and early in the morning. additionally, i found the shower gel dispensers almost empty upon arrival..

i stayed in a double or twin room. the breakfast included many pastries and cheeses. i also found the proximity to the duomo quite convenient (it was about a fifteen-minute walk).

small room street noise

My room was quite small. Closet space offered only hanging options. There were almost no shelves. I requested a quiet room, but I received one facing the street. Trams passed by frequently, and the building rumbled each time. This happened all night long!!!

the room featured a spacious layout with a comfortable bed it also included great amenities i found the staff very kind and helpful the hotel is a short walk from a subway station making travel simple

the street outside was somewhat noisy at times i noticed this mostly in the early morning
