this hotel is in a prime location next to the lake and near the ferry, so i could quickly access transportation. my room was quite spacious. the views from my window overlooked the lake. the staff displayed friendly and helpful service .
i noticed the absence of a coffee machine in my room, which would have been convenient for enjoying a morning beverage.

The location was great, next to the water ferries. There were also many food options close by. a must-stop spot named cava turacciolo is very close to the hotel.

The location offered next-level access to the lake. I appreciated its walking distance to many things. The modern bathroom in my three bedroom room featured modern design. The taxi service goes straight to the entrance.
The soft furnishings felt dated. The shower unit was quite small.

The hotel is a few steps away from the port and also close to all the bars. It is near bus and ferry stops, which are convenient for getting around. The setting overlooks the lake in the centre of town.

The room thermostat was sadly inoperative. I Found it quite annoying I couldn't adjust the temperature. It was either too hot OR too cold. the breakfast selection was somewhat limited. There were few savory options available, and the COLD cuts seemed a little stale. It's a SHAME, because I was looking forward to a hearty breakfast each morning, though the parking was expensive.
