the breakfast buffet offered a very good selection. staff replenished everything constantly which i appreciated. i found the hallway floors to be shiny and super clean.
the shower did not get hot enough for my preference

The hotel is located conveniently close to the main train station. A supermarket across the street proved useful. I appreciated the variety of restaurants nearby, with several open late.
The air conditioning barely produced cool air. The room remained warm and uncomfortable .

My room included a functional heater which helped offset the cool temperatures. I also found some free pastries in the lobby , made a very good impression. A 24/7 reception provided constant availability.

The breakfast included many fresh italian sweets. I appreciate the wide selection they offer. I got sufficient food at the breakfast buffet before I left for the airport.

i really liked that the location was close to the train station. the breakfast buffet was awesome (i loved the variety!). staff members were helpful and good, a big plus for me.
the hallways felt a bit small, almost like an airplane aisle.

the location proved convenient i found several excellent restaurants nearby i particularly enjoyed the fresh pasta at miscusi a short walk away free luggage storage helped me explore carefree before my train departed air conditioning offered respite during warm afternoons
the shower water temperature felt somewhat inconsistent not always reaching a satisfying warmth

my standard double room included useful shelves to organize belongings cleanliness was evident throughout the space the size was perfect for my needs providing ample room without feeling cramped i enjoyed my stay.

the staff members i encountered were very friendly i received prompt assistance with directions and recommendations their helpful attitude made my stay quite pleasant i felt welcomed and cared for throughout my visit.

underwhelming stay near the station

the hotel is really close to the train station, helpful (i arrived late).
The air conditioning barely worked. It just pushed warm air around. i complained, but nothing changed so i didn't sleep well. also, there were ants in my room. I mentioned it, but i'm not sure anything was actually done about it.

The air conditioning barely cooled the room. I found ants in the bathroom, it was annoying. The experience wasnt great. I hoped for better, but it was subpar. I was hoping for much more from this experience.
