Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues

The location was convenient. It was a short walk to the seafront.
The room felt quite warm and there was only a small window that I could open. This did not provide much ventilation. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown. It felt rushed and I noticed there was not a great deal of choice. The television reception was poor too. It kept cutting out all the time. This was frustrating.

i really enjoyed the breakfast, it was excellent. the staff were very friendly and always helpful. the room and all facilities were kept clean. the location was great for visiting the town, a real plus for me.

The room had a very large shower in the en-suite bathroom. It was quite spacious. consumables, for example milk and tea, were replenished during breakfast. it was clean.

The hotel is in a quiet part of town. it's very easy to access the centre and restaurants from here. it's located close to the seafront too. The beach is easily accessible.

I had such an very nice experience! the owners, dan and megan, really put their hearts into this place. They were always there, even serving the meals, it was so thoughtful! i had one of the downstairs superior plus rooms that opened right onto the patio and garden, it was ideal. even my dog felt right at home!
the car park is a bit tight, a little inconvenient upon arrival

the staff was very polite. they were also very helpful . the breakfast service was amazing and the food was good quality.. it was also well cooked. there were plenty of seating areas and a beautiful, well-kept garden. chickens roamed the garden.
the room only had a small window to open.

the room was clean upon arrival, that was definitely a plus.
I had a couple of issues . the breakfast was not great. It seemed rushed and the selection was minimal. also, the television reception was unreliable, constantly cutting out, frustrating.

the breakfast had a really hearty full offering i found. the staff always seemed very attentive and professional .
i found the tv reception quite poor the signal kept cutting out at times. there also seemed to be a lack of coffee in the room that i didn't expect.
