i have visited this hotel many times over the years and always find its location near major attractions very convenient. breakfast options are substantial, showcasing italian specialties alongside familiar choices. i spent several hours at the rooftop pool. the staff consistently impressed me with their efficient and helpful service.

the bathroom was a bit overheated at times, i found that to be unpleasant.

The location was fantastic. I was steps from the duomo. the staff gave helpful advice and directions. the breakfast had many choices and everything tasted fresh. my room was quiet, despite overlooking the street.

the gym was temporarily closed, a slight inconvenience.

The location was indeed great.

The room was very dated, and it needed some updating. The bathroom toilet leaked. The towel rack was also located above the bidet, so I hit my head if I used the bidet. The design choice felt poor and a bit unsanitary.
