Wonderful stay with dog-friendly perks

free parking short walk comfortable stay

The hotel provided a parking pass at check-in for free car parking (it was very useful). I enjoyed visiting Crosby Beach, a short walk from the hotel. I found the Anthony Gormley statues there excellent. The hotel staff welcomed our dog. This.

The restaurant seemed fully booked upon arrival, even though it looked only half full.

The staff was efficient and friendly, especially at breakfast. I appreciated their cute attitude toward my dog (my dog is part of my family!). Natasha, our server, was lovely and provided great service.

The hotel is close to Crosby Beach and the iron statues. The location allows good train service into Liverpool city center. My spacious room had a beautiful bathroom and excellent hospitality tray (it included coffee and tea).

noisy room limited information

The location is lovely, a mere seven-minute WALK to south road.

I found check-in to lack detail. I received little information on check-out TIMES. The room proved surprisingly noisy. I believe it was situated at the end of the building. There was considerable banging late into the night and early morning chair-dragging which disrupted sleep.

the location was right by the lake. it offered lovely views from the restaurant. parking was free, so that helped a lot. the staff seemed friendly, i saw them helping other guests.

my room was too hot. it was difficult to sleep. there was no shelf in the shower.

spacious room powerful shower frosted window plant room

the room was very spacious. the shower had great power. we could use netflix, it was a nice addition.

my window had a frosted film. i could only see the working plant room outside. it was a shame because the location is beautiful.
