friendly welcome excellent location good variety accommodating staff
I received a friendly welcome upon arrival. The location was excellent, placing me near the iconic tower. Breakfast was a treat with a good variety of options. Staff were accommodating.
The bar's early closing on Saturday felt a bit sudden.

mouldy shower area cracked sink
the bathroom needed urgent attention. mould covered the shower area. THE shower doors failed to slide smoothly. i also noticed cracks and chips in the sink, suggesting it was not properly maintained.
