The location was indeed near the south pier. Very convenient i suppose
I had to wait a solid thirty minutes just for someone to answer the doorbell to even book in. Not very helpful at all i thought. The room was also quite outdated and the curtains did not close properly which let in light all night

The location is fantastic. I could see the pleasure beach right from my room. The staff was cute, particularly Rocky. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep, so I woke up refreshed.
I noticed some very slight wear and tear in the room. The furniture seemed like a mismatched set.

My room included a comfortable bed and nice furniture. I found the private bathroom had fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, very convenient and much appreciated. A good sized room.

The hotel provides easy access around, a great feature I appreciated. The staff did everything possible to ensure I was comfortable and had an enjoyable experience. Their service was perfect. I did not want to leave, and I thank them for that!

The hotel is close to many local attractions including pleasure beach, a short walk away. The beach is also conveniently located within a five-minute walk from the hotel, so its location is ideal. I could not think of a better location.

Many restaurants are located just around the corner from the hotel. There are plenty of choices, so I could try new things. I tried the fish and chips at a local spot. It was AMAZING!!!

I found the staff helpful upon arrival. They provided clear directions to local attractions. The room included tea and coffee making facilities, which I appreciated. The hotel offered on-site parking, so I did not have to search for spaces.

Nearby, I saw many restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. Public transportation stops were also very close to the hotel. This made exploring the area easy without needing a car.

The front desk was staffed 24 hours. The staff was available to answer questions at any time. Check-in was efficient and the staff member gave me my room key quickly.

a rather underwhelming stay
low water pressurecigarette smoke
The room felt quite dated, i must say. the shower barely worked. The water pressure was low. there was also a distinct smell throughout the hotel. I suspect it was stale cigarette smoke. (i really don't know where it came from)
