The location was indeed near the south pier. Very convenient i suppose
I had to wait a solid thirty minutes just for someone to answer the doorbell to even book in. Not very helpful at all i thought. The room was also quite outdated and the curtains did not close properly which let in light all night

The location is fantastic. I could see the pleasure beach right from my room. The staff was cute, particularly Rocky. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep, so I woke up refreshed.
I noticed some very slight wear and tear in the room. The furniture seemed like a mismatched set.

My room included a comfortable bed and nice furniture. I found the private bathroom had fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, very convenient and much appreciated. A good sized room.

The hotel provides easy access around, a great feature I appreciated. The staff did everything possible to ensure I was comfortable and had an enjoyable experience. Their service was perfect. I did not want to leave, and I thank them for that!

The hotel is close to many local attractions including pleasure beach, a short walk away. The beach is also conveniently located within a five-minute walk from the hotel, so its location is ideal. I could not think of a better location.

I found the staff helpful upon arrival. They provided clear directions to local attractions. The room included tea and coffee making facilities, which I appreciated. The hotel offered on-site parking, so I did not have to search for spaces.

I found the staff respectful. The bed provided adequate comfort. The staff helped get children to their room. They offered an alternative when they couldn't provide the room we paid for.
The shower produced only a slight dribble of lukewarm water. Even after letting it run for some time it didn't get hot. I resorted to boiling kettles. I used the sink to wash my daughter.

the location was convenient! it was a short walk to the seafront. the staff were helpful and accommodating. they resolved a minor issue with the room quickly. the bed provided a good night's sleep.

The room felt quite dated, i must say. the shower barely worked. The water pressure was low. there was also a distinct smell throughout the hotel. I suspect it was stale cigarette smoke. (i really don't know where it came from)
