The airport shuttle was punctual. I'll give them that much.

The room's ac did not work properly. It barely cooled the space. i complained several times, hoping for a fix, but nothing improved. eventually, i was moved to another room, yet it also suffered from the same problem, a defective ac. it was annoying to deal with this , as sleep was difficult to come by.

The shuttle service connected to the airport subway station. This was a big PLUS. The room was very clean and the bathroom had everything i needed. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. I found the room well-appointed.

I found some things needing to be updated and FINISHED. Some things were broken. I saw two insects in the room. It was on the 3rd floor.

the breakfast had pretty good options. i especially liked that they had fresh juice. the shuttle was perfect and always available (it was a big reason i chose this hotel). the room was clean and ideal.

the key didn't work initially. staff seemed abrupt, though helpful. only one bath towel was in the room. it was quite warm in the room, and the thermostat settings had no effect.

I found the hotel to be very convenient, especially with its proximity to linate airport. the free shuttle service to and from the airport was really convenient and saved me time and money. the staff offered great service. They were helpful with directions and recommendations for exploring milan. i really appreciated the quietness of my room despite the nearby airport (a true blessing!).

I noticed the mini-bar only had one bottle of water. A bit insufficient for a longer stay or multiple guests.
