Acceptable stay, some issues though

loud air conditioning dated fixture
The airport shuttle was prompt and convenient. It got me to the terminal quickly (which is what I needed).
The air conditioning was quite poor. It struggled to cool the room, and it was annoyingly loud ALL night. The room showed its age. Some fixtures seemed worn and could use refreshing (everything was a bit dated).

shuttle was on time, but sleep wasn't.

thin walls sleepless night
the shuttle from the airport operated just fine.
the walls seems thin. i heard folks chat in the hallway like they stood right next to me. this made it hard to sleep before my early flight.

The free airport shuttle ran every ten minutes. It was very convenient. my room was super clean, moreover it was modern. i found the front desk staff very helpful. They answered all my questions.

reliable shuttle well-appointed bathroom broken things updated finish
The shuttle service connected to the airport subway station. This was a big PLUS. The room was very clean and the bathroom had everything i needed. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. I found the room well-appointed.
I found some things needing to be updated and FINISHED. Some things were broken. I saw two insects in the room. It was on the 3rd floor.

decent stay near the airport

fresh juice perfect shuttle clean room non-working key abrupt staff single towel
the breakfast had pretty good options. i especially liked that they had fresh juice. the shuttle was perfect and always available (it was a big reason i chose this hotel). the room was clean and ideal.
the key didn't work initially. staff seemed abrupt, though helpful. only one bath towel was in the room. it was quite warm in the room, and the thermostat settings had no effect.

I found the hotel to be very convenient, especially with its proximity to linate airport. the free shuttle service to and from the airport was really convenient and saved me time and money. the staff offered great service. They were helpful with directions and recommendations for exploring milan. i really appreciated the quietness of my room despite the nearby airport (a true blessing!).
I noticed the mini-bar only had one bottle of water. A bit insufficient for a longer stay or multiple guests.
