slow check-in smaller room
The check-in process was slow. It seemed inefficient. I ended up with a smaller room than what I booked, annoying. The room wasn't as clean as it could have been. I noticed a stain on the curtains. It was not very cute.

room upgrade comfortable bed shopping options
i appreciated the complimentary room upgrade to the junior SUITE. the bed was very comfortable , and i found the pillow menu quite a UNIQUE offering. i also liked the convenient access to shopping options near the hotel.
the windows could not be fully opened in my room.

friendly staff efficient check-in delicious breakfast
The staff greeted me with big smiles. Check-in moved quickly. A great size defined my room. It was kept immaculate, I saw attentive housekeeping daily. Breakfast included varied delicious options, i loved it!
I found slight wear on some furniture. A minor thing that didn't impact my stay.

My family room included comfortable beds and modern furnishings. A large window provided ample natural light. The space allowed everyone to relax without feeling cramped. It seemed like home!

Staff members displayed really good courtesy and efficiency. The concierge offered useful tips for local attractions. Housekeeping maintained perfect standards of cleanliness. I saw it constantly. Requests received prompt attention. That was amazing!

The hotel offers convenient access to key attractions by metro. Several restaurants and shops are within walking distance. I was happy with this. Public transportation options are nearby. That was amazing. Getting around was super easy!

A well-equipped gym had modern equipment. The business center offered computers and printers. I used it once. The lobby had comfortable seating areas and complimentary newspapers. Everything felt first class at this spot!
