I was quite disappointed with a few aspects . our room was above the kitchen. The smell of cooking, especially bacon, filled the room early each morning. this was rather bothersome. the lack of a proper reception area also meant that i always had to go to the bar to speak with staff. It felt less like a hotel and more like a restaurant offering rooms.

a gem by the sea

The breakfast offered plentiful choices, the full english was particularly nice. i was impressed with the presentation and quality of the cornish cheese board. the staff were very cute and helpful despite being busy. They made the atmosphere relaxed.
We had booked a family room, but it felt quite small for our needs. also. The kitchen below caused a noticeable food smell, especially of bacon early in the morning.

The location is really good. It is very close to the sea and provides fine views. being so close to the water, offering constant picturesque scenery. the hotel has a great vibe. It is very cornish too.

Ben, the manager, demonstrated amazing skill while working solo. he maintained a smile and ensured every guest felt at ease and well looked after. the front-of-house staff are friendly and hospitable. They create a special experience.

The rooms were spacious and cosy! the bathroom featured excellent toiletries, hot water, and warmth. the bed and linen were excellent. I slept soundly. we appreciated the room upgrade too. It was a wonderful surprise.

the location felt really good. everyone on staff was so friendly and always helpful. my room included a comfy bed i really liked and a great shower i enjoyed every day. breakfast each morning offered tasty selections.
The reservation system seemed little chaotic. I hope they improve that.

The hotel boasts an really good location. The sea views from my room were Amazing. My executive double room offered a cosy space and modern amenities. I found it super clean and well-serviced. The breakfasts were excellent. The quality of ingredients stood out.

FANTASTIC Stay!!!

I popped into the hotel after a walk to quench my thirst. The modern interior, smartly dressed staff, and laid-back atmosphere amazed me. The specials board tempted me, so I took a window table and ordered food. The food was FANTASTIC!!!
I noticed there's no elevator, something to consider for people with mobility issues.

My harbour-view room was GORGEOUS!!! It featured a super comfy large bed that guaranteed restful nights. The modern and super clean room was serviced daily to maintain an perfect standard of cleanliness and order. Everything I needed was available in the room.
