the hotel's location was central, making it easy to get to restaurants and the duomo.
the shower barely worked (i tried to ignore it), providing very little water, and the bathroom door did not close properly, resulting in water leaking all over the floor.

the location of the hotel was excellent. it was near many main attractions and transportation was easily accessible. the staff were friendly. they addressed my needs promptly and with a smile.
my room did not have adequate soundproofing. i could hear street noise late into the night, which disturbed my sleep. the in-room climate control was not fully functional, so adjusting the temperature wasn't possible.

Excellent stay in the heart of everything

The staff was very friendly and cute. My room overlooked Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, so people watching was fun (i loved it!). The food in the restaurant was much better than other options nearby. I appreciated the easy access to Duomo Metro and local tram stops. It made getting around the city simple.
The room lacked a full-length mirror, slightly inconvenient.
