the staff WAS amazing. valet parking was a top priority and our car was well taken care of.
My bathroom smelled of sewage. i think there was stagnant waste water lying somewhere near it. this may have attracted mosquitoes. I heard one in the room at night despite the window being closed. poor wi-fi i experienced in my room was not expected.

the room was clean. it was a good size with a comfortable bed. staff members were helpful. i could leave my bags for a couple of days.
I noticed some slow service at breakfast. It took twenty minutes for croissants to be replenished.

This location is convenient. The hotel is near many points of interest like the duomo and quadrilatero della moda. it is also close to train and metro stations. this makes getting around simple.

the breakfast room is nice. the breakfast itself has good options. i noticed the juice selection was diverse, though i do think there could be more kinds of pastries.

The people working here have great energy. They are polite and kind. early check-in was allowed and this made arrival more comfortable. i think it is something important.

Charming Stay Near Centrale Station

The triple room i stayed in was spacious. It was also immaculate. I found good sized bottles of complimentary water waiting in the fridge (oh my!). Breakfast offered a selection of fresh fruit and cooked eggs. Bacon, cakes and cereals were available too.

The hotel location is convenient. The main central station is less than ten minutes away. This made travel easy for day trips and onward journeys to other cities.

The lobby was grand and cute. I discovered a fine surprise with the rooftop bar (who knew?).

The breakfast buffet was available for four hours each morning. This allowed guests plenty of time to enjoy their meal. I appreciated the variety of options to start the day.
