I found the breakfast buffet adequate. It had a variety of options. the hotel's location made it simple to reach many important locations.
my room, unfortunatelly, faced a building site. i also noticed some unfriendliness at reception.

I found the staff to be very professional (always ready to assist!). the breakfast was also excellent. I especially enjoyed the fresh orange juice. the hotel offered a strong and reliable wifi connection, very helpful. i also appreciated the clean and quiet atmosphere.
the gym had an extra fee, which i thought should be included.

the hotel features an ideal location and several interesting locations are just a few minutes away. it is easy to reach the duomo, galleria, and santa maria delle grazie on foot. nearby cafés and restaurants are an added bonus.

the front desk service was great, and the staff was doing an extra mile for their guests. the breakfast buffet was excellent and complete with many options. they also showed a strong dedication to meeting guest requests.
