the reception staff were very friendly. i was greeted warmly upon arrival. they were also very helpful with directions to nearby attractions (i was looking for a nice park). i really appreciated the easy check-in process.

my room lacked a hairdryer. there was no additional shower gel either. the tv in the room was small and looked to be hanging off the wall (it seemed a bit unsafe).

the pirate themed room was very large, and my son adored the bunk beds. the exterior of the hotel looked clean, and the staff offered a warm welcome. breakfast included good value option, and kids bunk beds proved a hit.

The room it was adequate. i see room for minor improvements.

The breakfast service was a mess. Staff ran around like idiots, and nobody seemed to know what was going on. I wasn't informed of the breakfast options, and getting a simple change to pancakes became a major hassle.
