location was really great for shopping and such. the hotel was super clean and well managed too. it's so close to the heart of town, i loved it. i would tell anyone to stay here for sure.

the only thing i noticed is the breakfast got a little boring since it was the same every day.

my rooms are big and clean. the beds are so comfy with good mattress and pillows. i always felt very relaxed at the hotel. the room was serviced daily too.

The staff was really kind. I appreciated Francesco showing us around when I arrived. Breakfast was also quite good. I found the food delicious.

The air conditioning could not be adjusted from inside the room. Reception controlled the temperature. I repeatedly requested a warmer room, but this was not arranged.

The location was rather close to major attractions. The room itself was also clean. The staff helped take our bags to our room.

The hairdryer did not work. There was no plug near a mirror. I found stains on towels multiple times.
