Shahram upgraded my room to one with an en-suite bathroom. I appreciated the daily bottle of water with fresh fruit. Eva greeted me warmly each morning at breakfast. I felt welcomed .

The television remote control had limited functionality.

i found the reception area cute. yan, mohammed, and another gentleman at the reception offered superb service, it impressed me a lot. the hotel provided free water bottles, fruit, tea, and coffee to all guests. tube stations are a short walk, i did appreciate that.

room 337 was small. the bathroom seemed unclean, i observed some issues.

the staff was attentive and helpful with directions , offering assistance with luggage. i found a good selection of teas and coffee in the room. some biscuits , a nice touch. the luggage drop was useful because i had a late train.

the mattress yielded too much . i felt i needed more support.
