i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . ted, the manager, was supportive and ready to attend to any need i had! he made sure i had a place to park my car, and my room was clean. i would definitely consider staying again.

the shower had somewhat low water pressure. i wasn't aware of this until after i had unpacked.

the shared spaces were a standout with large nice and neat areas offering plenty of room to relax i particularly enjoyed the fully equipped shared kitchen as it was easy to cook meals there which was a definite plus for my several night stay. the room was very clean i thought. its location was ideal being a short walk to the beach. the staff were friendly and cute which really enhanced the overall experience

the stairs created some noise as people went up and down them

the shared kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals. the common areas were large and clean and provided comfortable spots to meet other guests. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location allowed easy walks to the beach and city center.

the bathroom lacked a bath mat.

the receptionist was very kind, though i wouldn't say that was enough to redeem the stay.

my room was quite small, it felt cramped. it certainly had not been cleaned properly. the tv didn't work, i suspect that was a deliberate choice.
