Historical Elegance and Modern Comfort

The instructions for late arrival were clear and easy to follow. Our room was a quiet haven. The building seemed like a museum with its excellent architecture and art. It was close to shops and a short walk to attractions.

This made moving luggage difficult. I suggest the hotel provide more assistance with this issue.

the location was great near Boboli Gardens! the staff was helpful calling taxis. my room was spacious with a garden view.

the room had only one split air conditioning unit. the unit was insufficient for the high ceilings. the radiators were turned off, so the room remained cold.
