the reception staffs are nice and booked taxis when i need it. i also got bus tickets directly from them. useful bus route information. number 14 bus stops close to the corner, it takes you to the duomo. my room was in the adjacent annex, and it was very spacious, so i felt really good.

the room was a little bit noisy, i heard noises from other guests in the rooms nearby.

the hotel personal seemed helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with directions. they responded promptly to any questions i had and provided great recommendations for local restaurants. the service was good.

there are two restaurants only one minute away from the hotel, so eating was very easy. one serves italian cuisine, the other offers thai food, and both are highly recommended. a bus stop is nearby, very useful.

my room included a tv with international channels, so it was easy to relax in the evening. the bed was very confortable, and there were enough pillows to sleep well. the bathroom size was pretty big.

a short walk took me to the arno river, a very nice place to visit. from there, a thirty minute walk along the river took me to the ponte vecchio. a bus takes you to the center easily.

the breakfast was ok , but could do with other hot food options.

the pool cost extra , a ridiculous €20 for a two hour slot. this hotel is apparently four stars , but i could hear people in the next room breathing , yawning , tapping their phone writing texts. that is what i would expect from a hostel , not a pricey hotel.
